I’m new to Purr-fect Place Cattery. How do I make a booking?
First, please check our availability and secure your cat’s space before planning your travel. Even if you’ve stayed with us before 2026, you’ll need to register as a new customer on our new online booking system. It’s simple to use, and once registered, you’ll have access to all your booking information online, and you won't have to do it again.
Can I Visit before I book, if I have not used Purr-fect Place Cattery before?
Yes, please make an appointment . We welcome all new customers to visit during our normal opening hours.
I am an existing customer at Purr-fect Place Cattery. How do I make a booking?
Even as an existing customer, you’ll need to register on our new online booking system. Don’t worry—once you log in using your email address and set a password, you can update your details, add a new pet, and make a booking. We’ll process your request and send you an email confirmation., along with a request for the 50% deposit. You then do not need to pay anything until the day before your arrival when you will receive an automatic email requesting the final balance.
What vaccinations does my cat need?
All cats staying at the cattery must have a valid vaccination certificate.
Vaccinations should be completed at least seven days before arrival to ensure your cat is fully protected. Cats that are not vaccinated cannot be accepted into the cattery.
What records do you keep about me and do you share them?
We keep your personal details—like your name, address, phone number, email—and your cat’s information so we can care for them appropriately. You can read our full Privacy Policy at the bottom of the page. Rest assured, we won’t share your details with anyone.
