1st Class Care

Our 14 pens are designed with your cat in mind, offering plenty of space to play, explore, and relax. They feature multiple levels where cats can sit up high to watch the world go by or find a quiet corner to snooze.

Each pen is fully insulated. For extra comfort the bedrooms are thermostatically controlled enabling your cat to stay lovely warm and toasty. even on chilly days. The bedrooms also have large windows, allowing cats to enjoy the view while staying snug inside.

Our pens can comfortably accommodate up to three cats from the same household. If you have more, all pens have removable partition walls so they can connect with a neighbouring pen, giving your cats even more space to explore together. Each pen has multi-level shelving, plenty of toys, and even a colourful cat or mouse chair for lounging.

You’re very welcome to bring along any bedding, toys, or favourite items your cat loves – it’s a great way to help them feel right at home.

We know how important it is for your cat to have a safe, happy, and healthy stay, and this has guided the design of our cattery. All our units are made from durable uPVC and safety glass, so every surface can be cleaned thoroughly and hygienically.

The flooring is ‘Polysafe Vogue Ultra’ – the same type used in veterinary clinics and hospitals. It’s non-slip, soft under paw, and easy to keep spotless.

To make things feel even more like home, we have gentle music playing at intervals and provide plenty of checks and cuddles throughout the day as standard.

Medical Care

Please bring all your cat’s medication with clear instructions for administration, and provide your vet’s contact details in case we need to consult them. Vaccinations must be up to date, and your cat should have veterinary approved  flea and worm treatment before arrival. We reserve the right to treat any issues found during their stay, with the owner covering the cost. For cats with medical conditions, we may contact your regular vet, as they will have relevant medical history.
